Tracking Orders

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Ship from overseas warehouse 5-10 days.
Ship from domestic warehouse 2-5 days.
We work with delivery partners that have warehouses within the US, and internationally. So, our order fulfillment / shipping can take anywhere from 24-48 hours usually sooner.

  • Can I track my order?

    Definitely! As soon as you place your order, we will keep you updated on your order from the time your order is prepared for shipping to the time tracking number is added to your delivery order.

  • Our shipping is limited to the continental US. We currently do not support international shipping. 

  • What if I need to change my shipping address after placing an order?

  • Is it possible to change my shipping address after placing the order?

Returns & Exchanges

    We offer a hassle-free return policy within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for detailed instructions.

  • Do you offer exchanges?

    No, we do not offer exchanges. If you think you ordered an incorrect or wrong item, it's best to notify us immediately so we can cancel the order, or you can return it. See our Return policy for more details.
  • Are there any items that can't be returned?

    For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings, swimwear, or items marked as final sale unless they arrived damaged or defective.
